Responsibilities:
Scheduling and logistics of maintenance technicians.
Work directly with sub-contractors on billing and scheduling.
Assist in external producers/growers bid support.
Record customer details and transactions.
Open, process, and bill out work orders.
Assists with invoice management.
Assist with product unloading on occasion.
Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with a variety of problems.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Microsoft Office knowledge and experience (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Computer knowledge with ability to learn a Work Order Software program.
Good communications skills through phone and email with customers and technicians.
Organized and attention to detail is a must.
Ability to handle requests from multiple departments/people in an efficient method (ability to multi-task).
Willingness to learn or ability to run forklift/pallet jack.
Maintenance or barn knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
