The Children's Nest is a not-for-profit early childcare center located in Audubon, Iowa.
Our program offers full-time and part-time care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old.
We follow a play-based approach to early childhood education that fosters a life-long love of learning.
We emphasize research-based best-practices to ensure our children receive the very best care possible.
We are unique because we are co-located with an elderly care facility, giving us the opportunity to incorporate an inter-generational program beneficial to the young and old.

Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently with children under the direction of the Lead Teacher Float between classrooms with children ages 6 weeks - 1 year old, 1-2 year olds, 2-3 year olds, and 3-5 year olds Communicate information between parents/caregivers and lead teachers regarding each child's care needs Job Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age Dependable Responsible Knowledge of childhood development and/or an early childhood education background is preferred but not required Must pass a background check Available to work variable hours, Monday through Friday 6 am- 5:
